It is essential that emerging and proven leaders continue to be motivated with innovative ideas. A leader must first transform themselves with a mindset that will challenge them to push beyond what they may have deemed to be the best version of themselves. Building and educating yourself while working on a ‘JOB” can be a very challenging process. We call this a transformative work. It only reminds us that we are all part of a plan much larger than ourselves. It's all about impacting our world both locally and globally. We are being equipped to be a global changed agent who will stand on the shoulders of past and present giants to do life-impacting work.
Their purpose for writing is twofold:
1. Help leaders develop themselves while being a part of a corporate entity.
2. There must be a cohesive team work in order for all team members to achieve and be successful.
